Shipping policy

Deliveries are from Saturday to Thursday. No Delivery on Fridays.

Delivery inside Amman

Normal Days: Deliveries are from 1 PM to 6 PM.

These areas might take longer to deliver (Within 48 Hours): Airport Road, Marj al Hamam, Hay Al Sahabah, Al Nakheel, Dabouq, Abu Nseir, Shafa Badran, Tabarbour, Fuheis, Daheit Al Rasheed, Al Jubeiha, Sahab, Al Zahra.
Your order will be delivered by a delivery company and the delivery time will vary depending on your area.**

Delivery outside of Amman Governorate

Irbid, Zarqa, Mafraq, Ajloun, Jerash, Madaba, Balqa, Karak, Tafileh, Maan and Aqaba.
Your order will be delivered by a delivery company and they will contact you when they are near your area.

(!) Important Note:
If your order contains plants and is already out for delivery, avoid rescheduling/delaying the delivery time since the plants will stay with the driver and may be damaged by the weather conditions. You can contact us or leave a note with the preferred delivery time so we can arrange it if possible.

If you want to change the delivery location, contact us as soon as possible otherwise we might reschedule for another day.

Pick up Orders

You can choose the pick up option to take your order personally from our location near 7th Circle. We will contact you and send the location when your order is ready for pickup.

Gift Orders

Sending plants as gifts? We've got you covered!

Pick your gift
Enter the recipient address and phone number in the Shipping Address.
Enter your contact information in the Billing Address. (In case we want to contact you)
Pay online with your credit card, Cliq or Paypal.

* It's recommended to mention that it's a gift order in the "Order Notes" section on Cart Page.

* Please note that we will contact the recipient to schedule the delivery date and time.

* You can add a Gift Wrap option to wrap 1 item. (Message card is included)

* If you can't add your phone number or the recipient number due to an error in credit card payment, please add it in the order notes section.

*We don't include the prices in gift orders.
