Yes, we only sell living plants.

Each plant is unique, so there will be variations in color, shape & size. As a result, you will not receive the exact same plant as shown in the pictures.
We always send a picture of the actual plant on whatsapp before sending it out to you.

If you are in Amman, you can expect your order to arrive the next day and the rest of Jordan within 2-3 days. Delivery time will vary depending on your area.

Yes! You can send your order as a gift and pay online. Make sure to mention this in the notes section on the shopping cart page. Don't forget to add your contact information in the billing address details in case we have notes about your order.

Some products have multiple size, so the price depends on the selected size.

A product labeled "Out of stock" or "Not Available" means that it is currently unavailable, but may be restocked in the future. You can get notified when it's back in stock by adding your email or phone number in "NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE" form.

In general, once you receive the plant and accept it, we can't offer a refund or an exchange.

No, All the plants on the website are available at our offices in Jordan and will be delivered to you directly.

We include care tips card with each plant to help you learn about the plant requirements. You can also read our blog for more detailed care tips.

We don't sell outdoor plants and trees at the moment.
