Returns
**We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything is in good condition.**
Plants
We guarantee our plants will arrive in happy and healthy condition. You have the right to check the plants upon arrival before you pay. In order to meet your expectations, ask us to send you pictures of the plant after placing your order. Always follow our care instructions to keep your plants beautiful and healthy. Once the plants are delivered and accepted by you, we can't offer a refund.
(!) Important Note: If your order contains plants and is already out for delivery, avoid rescheduling/delaying the delivery time since the plants will stay with the driver and may be damaged due to the weather conditions. You can contact us or leave a note with the preferred delivery time.
Pots
We make sure to pack the pots securely to avoid any damage, if the pot was damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling upon arrival, we will replace it for free.
Other items:
Tools, supplies, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, tools, or supplies.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Extra delivery fees will apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancelation
You can contact us to cancel your order within 12 hours after placing the order, otherwise, cancelation fees may apply. You can chat with us before placing the order if you need any help.
