Highly recognizable in the world of succulents, these “stones” are loved by collectors for their strange shapes and colors.

Scientific name: Lithops.

These slow growers have plump leaves with long taproots that grow underground and are very sensitive to over-watering. The best way to water succulents is to completely soak the soil and then let it dry out completely before you water again (Do not water in winter or when splitting). Doesn't tolerate extremely cold temperatures. Likes bright indirect light but can tolerate a few hours (2-4) of early morning direct sunlight.
