Plant Care
Water: Water when the soil is almost dry. Don't overwater as this will cause leaf drop.
Light: Bright, indirect sunlight but can tolerate some partial shade. Harsh, direct sunlight may scorch the leaves.
Humidity & Temperature: Any humidity level is ok but consider misting occasionally. Keep the temperature above 15°C. Avoid cold or hot air flow.
Considered poisonous due to the latex in the sap, therefore keep away from children and animals.
Tips
- Insufficient light can trigger leaf drop. Find a spot with plenty of indirect sunlight and your plant should quickly recover.
- Repotting the plant every 1-2 years will give the plant new nutrients and more room for root growth. The airier soil is also very good for the water flowing through. The best period to repot is spring.
- Cleaning the leaves often will decrease the chance of pest and will encourage new growth.
